Shouldn't this be:
Ujlw Cqto ju xtlxyku jp djlrjyl ?
I mean starting with the position '1'?

I wonder what the character distribution and the entropy of this 
would be. Each word is always written the same, but the word 
construction is completely different.

Does this encoding method have a name?
