Not an expert but - "Marci" is the Latinized form and therefore
pronounced with a "tz" sound as in German "Blitz" (at least this
is the modern pronounciation of Latin - not sure of the 17th c.).

His original Cech name seems to have been "Marku" with a ring
over "u". I believe it originated as a patronymic.
