I have found a page of a company selling facsimiles of rare
manuscripts with some on-line reproductions. The section
on scientific manuscripts is quite interesting:

I was especially intrigued by Thęriaka and Alexipharmaka
which bears some resemblance to the VMS in the style
of plant drawings.

There are also some versions of Dioscorides.
