I had a look at that page, of course, but it seems awfully
slow (at least when accessed from here). Anyway, it does not
appear to be an email-list but just a group of people.
Moreover, they want to remain anonymous - which is curious.
When you select "kdo jsme" (who are we), the text says
"You do not have to know who we are. What matters is that
we want to write about the manuscript. If you think you
can do something to improve these pages, let us know.
Every hand is good, and especially welcome all writers
who can write something about the topics on this server".

The remaining texts give just the basics and there is
not much (many links not working yet). My impression
is that there is no "voynich group czech 2001" but
the server owners are trying to attract people with
interesting and mysterious topics, of which the VMS
is just one.
