Hello everyone!
As I was looking over some pages of text, I was surprised to notice that the "4"
character frequently found at the beginning of words throughout the VMS only
begins to appear on folio 2r...right after that it is found several times in
every paragraph....what kind of letter could be used this way? Moreover, could
this mean there was a change in key after folio 2r? What character was
previously used instead of 4? Or maybe that the 4 character signals a
particular class of word which is not used before folio
2r?
Who knows? Any ideas?
