Indeed! Wouldn't want to bet which is closer,
Wiesbaden or Darmstadt.

Can you read either Italian or Dutch? If so,
I can recommend a book which appeared only in
these two langauges which is about a famous
inhabitant of Wiesbaden who researched Kircher,
but at the same time was considered a crook. No
comment from me on that, by the way. 

I exchanged E-mail with the author and he said
that there are no plans for an English translation
(alas).
