Hi everyone,

If planets are (AAH) vowels, then (surely) conjunctions between planets are 
conjunctions between vowels - specifically, merged diphthongs like AE and 
OE? (Please accept my apologies for not knowing the correct generic term 
for these). :-/

Can any philologist here please refer me to some kind of history of these 
in print and/or in writing?

PS: even knowing the right name for them would be a help. :-)  "Schwa" and 
"epenthesis" are as far down as I go. :-/
