Otto Paecht (1950) says (in a footnote, while talking about herbals):-

	For the Bohemian MSS, executed for King Wenceslas, see Schlosser
	"Die Bilderhandschriften Koenig Wenzel I",
	Jahrb. d. kh. Smlg. d. AH K., XIV, Vienna 1893.

	The artistic relationship between Lombard and Bohemian painting has
	never been investigated in spite of the well-known political and
	personal connections between King Wenceslas I and his brother-in-law
	Gian Galeazzo Visconti.

I have a note here of Wenceslas I visiting Milan in 1395: who knows what 
connections lie there? :-)
