Voynich's widow and/or secretary did so in 1946, and the expert's
report can be found in Jim Reeds's site:

His main conclusion: there is only one hand through the whole
manuscript. (I suppose Currier did not know of this report?)

PS. Also: at an image processing conference in Britain lear, I met a
person (from Birmingham University, none the less!) who happens to do
handwriting analysis for forensic purposes as a private consultant. I
wrote him after the conference was over, telling him about the VMS and
hinting that it would be nice to have his comments. But there was no
answer...
