I think that Rene may be referring to the fact that <i> may not be a 
character on its own, or <sh> may also be <c'h>, or <ee> be 1 
character, etc. So some of this obvious combinations could be 
worth considering as well. I think that the sequences in the vms give 
an idea of some of the single characters that stand on their own.
