No, there is no indication of any sign language.
I only vaguely recall (and therefore left it out of
the earlier message) that the skin colour of the
nymph was related to a day or night event.
I need to re-read the article. There were also
further references which I have not yet been
able to trace down.
The event times come from the abbreviated text
written near each nymph.
