Mystery solved: the big5 copy at my site got mangled when I saved it
through Netscape.  Both text.jis and text.big5 now contain 125 +
114 + 118 = 357 recipes.  (The Bencao is divided into three sections,
roughly "harmless tonics", "ordinary remedies", and "dangerous remedies").

I still don't know why the file has 357 recipes only, and not 365 as
all descriptions of the book say.

For processing convenience, I have prepared two alternate versions,
nopunct.big5 and nopunct.jis, without the sentence periods ("¡D" in
Big5, "?D" in shift-JIS).
