VMs: VMS gramatical structure ?

Hi all,
as an experiment (out of the quest for the longest string within the VMS see
my previous email). I found
an underlying structure in the VMS. To "verify" this thesis, I substituted
the some tokens
(which are parts of my longests strings) with numbers:

sheda[r|l]=0
shedy=1
olshedy=2
okedy=3
olkedy=4
oltedy=5
otedy=6
olkaiin=7
okaiin=8
otaiin=9

And then scanned the whole VMS thus replacing my "particles" (assumed parts
of the underlying grammar)
and replaced everything else between these tokens with " ".
The result is a test with repeating patterns, that is on every line (with
more then one token of course),
at least one of my above "particles" can be found.
IMHO these "words" have a common function, i.e they work like the,this,that
and so on.
There are some deviations from the writing like shedy shey shed, but these
(as I believe) are "typos", because the writer didn't do any corrections and
maybe didn't care
about mistakes or the orthograhic is not very strict.

Happy Easter
