VMs: Glen's EVA request...

Due to the fact that I just scanned these without any optimizing etc... I
decided to upload
them to this directory. As I said before, I don't have a complete picture
since I went to print and didn't set any page lengths either!

My thought exactly on that example.  BTW, there used to be a
graphic on the EVA site of the EVA font equivalents.  Does anyone
still have a copy of that graphic, and if so, would you be kind
enough to send it to me?  Better yet, the entire page if you have
it, with the rules, etc.
