Yes, but they are Tartars who speak Polish and use Arabic
for religious purposes. I can't say when they lost
their language.

There is also Lusatian in Saxony (the south of the former DDR)
but it is a Slavic language.

There are, however, two other ethnic groups which have not
been considered, as far as I remember. One is Jews and
the other - Gypsies (Roms). The latter apparently use
16 distinct languages, all of Indic origin. Interestingly,
at least some of them have replaced the inflected forms 
with the agglutinative ones (which was one discussed here
as a possible morphology of the VMS language).
