<ee> is visually <Ee> and <eee> is <EEe> and so on.
I think that VTT can generate most of these capitalisations automatically 
(option -l3) not sure about <Ee>,<EEe>, etc. (Rene?).

If not, you can use bitrans to conver these in no time.
