I've probably put over 1000 hours of study in. My consulting rates are 
about £50/hour, so it could be argued that my current level of investment 
in the VMS is upwards of £50,000. :-)

However, looked at in another (admittedly MBA-centric) way, the time I've 
already put in is a "sunk cost", which - when evaluated right here right 
now, looking forward - is worth precisely £0. :-)

So: probably somewhere inbetween the two. :-)
