FYI: The author says too, the missing pages couldn't be scanned by him, =
but
were sent to photo study.Because of moving his household, the missing pictures are lost ("going to anywhere".Also he likes to see the colour pages, he's intending to loan some money to pay for the

colour slides ($1350) and will publish them.
