Given a welsh dictionary and some Welsh text of equal or greater length, so can set up a mapping (one VMS word to one Welsh word).The result will be nonsense, but such thing were done before.I forgot the quotes around "prove".

BTW: one can use (like the Japanese numbering system) 14 different symbols for numbers (1...9,10,100,1000,10000,100.000.000) and some more category counters for counting everything.

Hmm... I am confused by the 1st statement above.
Doesn't "proving" require some "proof"?
Try to prove that vms was written in Welsh.
