This is (the now famous) Vat Gr 1291 (though I must say that I didn't have 
luck using the buttons to zoom in on the picture, I think there may be some 
missing data on their website).

The text below it also mentions the Massajo maps in the Latin translation 
of Ptolemy's Geographia, which keeps me happy at least. :-)
