VMs: Marci/Kircher letter 1640

Hello

I was interested in Marci's 1640 letter to Kircher but my
latin is not what it might be and I got a bit imbrangled; so my
friend Rev. William Barber kindly gave his construe. I expect
we have an 'official' translation of this letter but I couldn't
immediately find one, so I have put his rendering into English of 
Rene's trancription at http://www.voynich.nu/letters.html#mm40
