Ï'm just an amateur but I don't agree with your reasoning. It may destroy
the predictability on a word-by-word basis. However it does not - in any
way - diminish the predictability on a glyph-group by glyph-group basis. If
you model the text-string as a markov-chain of trigrams, or 5-grams
whatever - the predictability should not be influenced much by the omission
of a few blank spaces.

Using trigrams (n-grams) as a way to extract useful information from a lot
of intercepted textual data is reputedly the way the infamous
Echelon-spy-system works. It may be the technique that the FBI uses when
tapping into European data-communications.

I got an e-mail about an MIT-conference on SPAM-prevention. It seems that
"Bayesian statistics" is able to recognize SPAM, as opposed to "meaningful
e-mail". I don't know if we could do something with this.
Bayesian-statistics is something that even some of my statistician friends
interpret as "black magic" of "fraud" - depending on their attitude. I don't
have the mathematical knowledge to evaluate this approach - but some of you
may have it.

I studied the alchemistical "Kunstbuechlein" (1549) yesterday and I noticed
that it uses pictures of "bathers" to depict the process of "SOLUTIO". It
also uses flowers to depict the "flos rubeum" (making of gold), "flos
sapientium" and the "flos album" (making of silver). In another drawing a
lot of flowers are depicted as the result of the (sexual) union of sulfur
and mercury.

It has been said a lot of times that the VMS has "no alchemistical content".
But are we really sure?
