It's not getting better, with every silly spelling system
being imported wholesale. So, when once upon a time the
name of the dowager empress of China used to be spelt Tz'u Hsi,
it's now, pinyin-style, Cixi. So one day on the radio
I heard it pronounced "Sexy".  Mind you, I always held that
Mao Ze Dong was an Irish (Mayo) porn actor with a French accent.
Oh, yes, and the "Quinn" dynasty, presumably founded by Anthony!
