This table should use the EVA font, except for the <> characters which should
be left as roman letters.

Yes, that is <9>, but <9>=y (in EVA)

No, that one is EVA-c. EVA-e is also classified as a vowel but with a lower
probability.
Maybe this is driven by ch and the complex gallows?

I guess that this is the reason why EVA-c is detected as a vowel as well?

Are <a> and <ee> interchangeable?
