Observation: An unusual number of "m" characters are found in this document
4 lines of text appear at the top of the page

Internal circle containing a "star" pattern. The rays create 6 spaces, each containing a Voynich character
y d o l s (j?)
The characters in the spaces could be Teague numbers 3 8 1 5 7 ? Perhaps this is a date as well?
The internal circle is surrounded by the Voynich text:
okoase daiikiy oces chiar ytiiy o ko*dar cho okeios yl aiin
faintly, at a slightly higher level than this text additional characters may be found
Robert Teague has identified these as numbers appearing in order
A larger circle is filled with lines radiating from the central "star". These lines create 12 spaces

Surrounding this larger circle are (perhaps) 16 sections each with text. The seperating lines
are not clear in all places so the number of sections may be larger or smaller. It is unclear if
the text is meant to run through them or is meant to be broken into descriptors. The seperators
do not correspond to the groupings found in either the inner nor outer circle.
Seperators are noted as {} in the following text. Questionable seperators are marked with {?}
