	From the Calligraphy page near the one that Jacques sent

appears to have no dots and really the overlap isn't terrible... They also
have the vowels...AOIE represented...

	B & T look interchangeable
	G & H
	D & K (and perhaps th)
	P & Q (and perhaps F)
	L & perhaps R

	Then the rest stand for themselves. Now, if it was actually used... Then
wouldn't the words include the vowels in the spelling? This script has 21
'letters' represented by about '14 to 17(the three 'perhaps' above)'
characters. 17 sounds interesting...

Just found this:

As you can see, the last letter, T, is identical with the second, B. And
there
is no difference between S and Sh, and between P and Q, and between G and H.

Other letters, which are (slightly) different, such as Z and R have been
merged in modern Arabic, thanks to the disambiguation of added dots (thus
Z is R with a dot on top).
