VMs: dissertation on Marci

I have visited the Digital Dissertations on-line database
and found the following item there:

As a guest visitor, I could only see 24 pages (many of which are
"fron stuff"). Does anyone have full access to that database?
It would certainly be interesting to read that monograph
on Marci.
