NO, but GC & NICK have a partial handle on the ~WHOLE Vms thing~, it
will be DONE soon, but the CODE is sempiternal. (ie "never ending")
THUS the tried convolusions todate!

 NO, the list may not *really* be stopped this year.  Every year I
 state as my goal to provide a solution to the VMS, and thus
 terminate the function of this list.  It's not all just wishful
 thinking, you know - THE END may *really* be NEAR this time! ;-)
