Okay, I translated EVA-based transcription into FSG and
did the same thing. The result was:

1996 out of 5817 words are anagrams!

The result didn't change much. I suspect this result contains
some translation error (since I wrote the EVA->FSG translation program),
but I'm sure 59 is too small. Here's the top-20 list:
