VMs: Bearded Lady?

I wonder if the individual in the barrel of the outer ring at about 7 
o'clock in the following zodiac medallion (VMS Pisces) might be a "bearded 
man"? Perhaps instead it was just an attempt at shadowing under the chin 
versus on the face giving the effect of a "bearded lady"? (ref. f70v2 at 4 
o'clock in copyflo)
