Hello ! In his correspondence, Voynich reveals that he has been introduced to the Jesuits of Villa Mondragone by one "Father Strickland", who lived here. As yet, I think we have no proof of the existence of this man, which could credited the origin of the manuscript and the purchase to villa Mondragone.
