I think it would be a great step forward if you can even prove (or disprove) that the word boundaries in the ciphertext correspond to word boundaries in the plaintext. From the lack of dictionariness (or should I say concordance?), it seems to me (and to many others) that they probably don't - but even [dis]proof of such an apparently easy thing is apparently far from trivial.


And I'd predict that definite and indefinite articles are probably even more difficult to lock down - for example, the astrological labels don't seem to comprise enough of a sample to be sure, etc.

However, like most people here, I'd love to be proved wrong on just about any count. :-)
