Maybe not what you are looking for, but it may be pertinent: in the Teddington 
meeting, Rene showed some analysis using digraphs frequencies. I used his 
frequency vectors to produce a cluster analysis dendrogram that groups the 
pages according to their natural clustering (i.e. just based on the digraph 
frequencies without "knowing" what language they belong to).

You can see the natural groupings of the folios together with the original 
"language" assignment.
