VMs: Mini-conference - possible dates, etc...?

Hi everyone,

I'd really like to get an idea of what would be the best day to run our 
mini-conference - we originally thought Thursday 4th September 2003 
(because of Rafal), but I've also had feedback which points to Saturday 6th 
September 2003 being a more convenient day for some.

Can anyone currently thinking of attending (whether presenting or not) 
please email to the list ASAP how much each of the following dates suits them?

Thursday 4th September 2003
	YES / PROBABLY / POSSIBLY / UNLIKELY / NO
Friday	5th September 2003
	YES / PROBABLY / POSSIBLY / UNLIKELY / NO
Saturday 6th September 2003
	YES / PROBABLY / POSSIBLY / UNLIKELY / NO
Sunday 7th September 2003
	YES / PROBABLY / POSSIBLY / UNLIKELY / NO

I'd really like to be able to book the room by next Monday, so that I can 
move on to the rest of the conference-related organisation which will need 
doing (PR, website, etc).

As far as costs go: I currently guess that between £5 and £10 per attendee 
should cover all the costs involved (e.g. I'm hoping to borrow a projector 
etc) - but if that's a problem for anyone (or if you think that's too 
little), please email me off-list, and I'm sure we can work something out. :-)
