Well, very interested indeed in the consequences, but unfortunately I am
unable to travel and cannot attend at all.

But thanks, Nick, for organising it - I look forward to trying to keep
up with the others in the very useful results which I'm sure it will
produce.

P.S. - One of the great joys of following this list is in 'trying to
keep up with the others' and in the invaluable stimulus it gives one's
general education by following all the fascinating and incredibly
