VMs: Subfoliation marks...?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if the few "a" / "b" / "c" subfoliation marks on foldout pages are thought to be written in the same hand as the foliation? My list of these (please say if I've missed any!) is:-

	f67r2			a/b
	f68r1 / f68r2 / f68r3	a/b/c	top left
	f70r1 / f70r2		a/b	top left
