Yes. When Jorge Stolfi and I were in Prague we
had a chance to read this. Stolfi actually 
transcribed the lot. There is a lot of detail, and
one could easily speculate that the VMs fits in
there somewhere, but there's no evidence for it.
It's summarised in the 'biographies' page on
my website. Maybe I also have the full text
somewhere.
The biography is very panegyric, since Jacobus
gave a lot of money to the Jesuits.
