well, i read on a website that it is maybe some phonetic representation
of an asiatic language (and maybe crypted too).
about 2 years ago i read a book about vietnam and it seems that in asia
repeated words are used more frequent than in other countries. for
example in vietnam they have a strange tradition not to give a person
a unique name, because unique names will attract bad ghosts or something.
so they have only about a dozen surnames in vietnam and also only
a few forenames. so there will be about x thousand people in vietnam
with the surname "nguyen". (for this name google finds 497.000 websites)
maybe the repeated words in the document have something to do with
this kind of things? :)
