FWIW, I'm just happy there's enough useful stuff there that sorting has 
started to become an issue. :-)

I'm sure I'll alphabetically order it all soon, but (FWIW) I'm currently 
figuring out how to make all the definitions cross-referenced without 
losing the serendipity you get from having stuff side-by-side - this would 
require extending the code to have some kind of tricky anchor syntax... 
nasty. :-o
