Hi Mike,

Just a quick question: following John's email just now (and Mart's email 
which reminded me I'd never got round to trying your web-page), I thought 
I'd give your PHP transcription scanner a go, to look for all words 
beginning with <l> - search for "l.*", 993 matches found, great, thanks! :-)

However, many of these looked like split up <ol> pairs, but I couldn't see 
any obvious way to search for adjacent patterns (ie "a word ending in <o>, 
followed by a word beginning in <l>). What would be the syntax for this, or 
is the whole database split up into individual words?
