   Thanks to Rene for his clarification.  Also remember
that MONKEY will only work on a file of 32K or less. 
You can get a good h2 , but not for anything more than
that.  Also, as I recall there's a problem in the
algorithm in MONKEY as it stands that also will cause
inaccuracies in anything higher in order than h2.
