Let us call Java-calculated "entropy" by characters as J1,J2,J3 ... Then, we call Monkey-calculated "entropy" by characters as M1, M2, M3

Then you see (not exactly but likely)

J1=M1
J2=J1+M2
J3=J2+M3

Or

M1=J1
M2=J2-J1
M3=J3-J2

It seems to me, therefore, that the java program (let's call
it JEC) shows unconditional entropy of pairs, triplets, etc.
The differences for 1st order is probably due to (a) size of the sample, (b) recognizing 256 chars by JEC,
and (c) filtering off some non-literals by both program
which I haven't unified yet.


Does this make sense?
