VMs: Monte Carmelo
I found a VMS-like drawing from the hand of St John of the Cross - the
famous mystic:

The reproduction in my book looks even more VMS like - this is a bad
reproduction on the web.
1542-1592 - too late for the VMS I guess - but there must be tons of
sketches like these in the archives ... who nows what we could discover.
