	I and others have noticed the same thing.  I think
some of the alchemical texts also lacked religious
symbolism, although I'm not sure.  I think the Mutus
Liber had little religious symbolism.  I agree, it's
surprising and notable for a work of the period.  A
reason for secrecy?
