Very generous, Anthony.
I would be happy to continue your efforts and prepare at least a few 
dvds after conversion to NSTC from PAL for distribution to those who 
require them- I will email you privately with my address in the US. 
This is merely inspiration in Ken's example with the pdf CDs.
