VMs: Important discovery?

The EVA pairs (yes that again) break down into 7 tables 24 glyph pairs in
each table. If you step through the EVA then the pairs appear to be
consistent across word boundaries. What this means I have no idea at the
moment. I would say, however, that it makes me think of individual pairs
making up letters. Maybe with a rule to adjust the expected letter depending
upon which pair preceeded it.
