It's of course a non-trivial undertaking :-)

And you'd need to define both 'quattrocento 
character' and 'minor'. For the former, I'd
think that anyone who has been 'active' prior
to 1500 should qualify. For the latter, should
one exclude such major characters as Trebizond
and some of his humanist friends and enemies?
It would probably be a mistake...
