Dear Rene,

Because of copyright, I can't put the text up on the Web, much though I'd
like to. The article is due out in January, and I'd hope to be able to put
a more detailed description up on the Web after that.

I'd be happy to do a workshop showing the method in action, if there's
enough interest.
