Sure. Why not? What else would go there? There are no apparent signs of
erasure or redrawings. I doubt that the centers would have originally been left
blank. The styles of the drawings seem consistent with the rest of the zodiac
emblems. But you are right, we do not really know without professional scrutiny;
it's time to look at the originals down to a chemical examination of the ink no
doubt. There seems to be quite a bit more that can still be done in the
examination/analysis of the original manuscript, if it hasn't been done
already.
