VMs: Italian enciphered in Voynichese (yes you read it right)

In the attached file there are three line of enciphered Italian in
Voynichese. Yes its true!

I would like someone to try to use the table to decipher it. I will post the
answer once an attempt has been made. You should get some idea of what I am
getting from the manuscript using this method. And no, the plaintext isn't
deciphered from the VMS.
